“Hands-On with the RAMCO API and other RAMCO Programming”
This class is intended for programmers who want to learn how use
the API to query or update records in RAMCO. After initially
discussing how data in RAMCO is organized and an overview of API
functionality, we’ll go hands-on and write some code to cover a
typical use-case: identifying members whos’ records have been
recently created or updated and query their contact information,
membership status and office affiliations.
We’ll be using PHP for the class, but the API calls and syntax will
be the same across languages. Additionally, we will be showing the
possibilities of manipulating RAMCO data locally with the Microsoft
SQL Reporting Service. This will be an in depth look at how you can
localize and better report on your member data with SQL.
